Terms of use
Who we are
NeuroLoad is a platform for coaches, their staff and their athletes, available as an iOS and Android app and as a web version for coaches. It is offered by [TO BE DEFINED: legal name], [TO BE DEFINED: address] (“NeuroLoad”). Contact: neuroloadapp@gmail.com.
By creating an account or using NeuroLoad you accept these terms and the Privacy notice. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
What NeuroLoad is
NeuroLoad is a work tool. Coaches plan the season and sessions, monitor load, run tests and questionnaires and talk with their athletes and staff. Athletes see and log their training, their wellness and, if they connect it, data from their watch.
NeuroLoad is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or prescribe. The indicators it shows (load, wellness, alerts, trends) support the professional's decision and may contain errors or not fit every person.
Accounts
- Give true information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
- There are three account types: athlete, coach and staff (physiotherapy, nutrition, psychology or others). Each sees and does what the team's permissions allow.
- If you are under 18 you need the permission of your mother, father or guardian to use NeuroLoad.
Coach and staff responsibilities
- Invite only athletes you train who agree to use NeuroLoad with you. For minors, you have the permission of their parents or guardians.
- The sessions, loads and decisions you assign are yours. NeuroLoad suggests and calculates, but the professional responsibility for your athletes' training and health is yours and your staff's.
- Use your athletes' data only for their training and care, and give your staff access only to what they need.
Athlete responsibilities
- Log your training, wellness, pain and injuries truthfully so your coach can make good decisions.
- Train with technique and loads you can control, and see a health professional if you have a condition that may affect your exercise.
- Stop training and seek medical care if you have chest pain or tightness, unusual shortness of breath, dizziness or fainting, palpitations, unusually severe muscle pain, significant swelling, dark (cola-coloured) urine or any symptom that worries you.
Plans and payments
- Athlete and staff accounts are free. Coaches can use the free plan or subscribe to a paid plan based on the number of athletes.
- Plans are bought and managed in the web version. Payments are processed by RevenueCat and Stripe; NeuroLoad does not store your card details.
- The subscription renews automatically each period until you cancel. When you cancel you keep the plan until the end of the paid period. [TO BE DEFINED with a lawyer: refund policy.]
- Downgrading or cancelling never deletes athletes or data: it only stops you adding athletes over the plan's limit.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; the change applies from the next renewal.
Acceptable use
Do not use NeuroLoad for unlawful purposes, to access data of people who did not authorize you, to upload offensive content or content that infringes others' rights, or to try to damage, copy or overload the platform. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Your content
What you upload (plans, exercises, videos, photos, notes, messages) remains yours. You allow us to store, process and show it to the people you give access to, only to provide the service. That permission ends when you delete it or your account.
Intellectual property
The NeuroLoad brand, design, software and exercise knowledge base belong to NeuroLoad or its licensors. You may not copy or distribute them without permission.
Availability and liability
We work to keep NeuroLoad available and working well, but there may be interruptions, errors or lost connections. Do not rely on the platform as the only record of critical information.

Deleting your account
You can delete your account and your data at any time from the app (Settings or More → Delete account) or by writing to neuroloadapp@gmail.com. Deleting the account does not cancel a paid subscription: cancel it first in the web version.
Changes
We may update these terms. If the change is significant we will tell you in the app or by e-mail before it applies. The date and version are at the end of the document.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. [TO BE DEFINED with a lawyer: competent courts.] As a consumer you may also contact the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO).
