Do my athletes have to pay?
No. The athlete app is free on iOS and Android. Only the coach has a plan, and it depends on how many athletes they train.
Do pending invitations count?
Yes. Each invited athlete takes a place on the plan even before creating their account. If you remove an invitation, the place is freed.
What happens if I move to a smaller plan or cancel?
Nothing and nobody is deleted. You still see all your athletes; you just cannot add new ones above your plan's limit.
Can I use it from my computer?
Yes. Coaches and staff have the web version with the same features as the app and more room to plan. Until the app reaches the stores, athletes can use it from the browser too.
Does the staff count as athletes?
No. Physiotherapists, nutritionists, psychologists and assistant coaches are unlimited on every plan.
Where is the data stored?
On Supabase servers, with access restricted per account: each athlete only shares their data with the coaches and teams they connect to. The details are in the Privacy notice.
How do I delete my account?
From the app, in Settings or More → Delete account. You can also ask by email. More on the Delete account page.
