Delete your NeuroLoad account

You can delete your account and all your data at any time, from the app or by writing to us.

From the app

1. Open NeuroLoad and sign in.
2. Athlete or staff: go to Me → Settings → Delete account.
   Coach: go to More → Delete account.
3. Type DELETE to confirm and press Delete account.

The account is deleted straight away.

By email

If you no longer have the app, write to neuroloadapp@gmail.com from your account's email with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your profile and your email.
• Workouts, check-ins, tests, questionnaires, diaries and history.
• Photos, videos and voice notes you uploaded.
• If you are a coach: your athlete list, groups, staff, plans, templates and exercise library. Your athletes keep their accounts but are no longer connected to you.

Backups are deleted within 30 days. Messages written by other people stay in their accounts.

Subscriptions

Deleting the account does not cancel a paid subscription. If you have a coach plan, cancel it first on the web version, in More → Plan and billing → Manage subscription.
